Glitches out green screen, won’t go away.

My xbox one S just started showing a glitched out looking green screen. Console sounds like it is running fine in the background as when i press A kn the controller i can still hear all the normal audio as i open apps etc. i have done a hard reset, unplugged everything multiple times. I have also used other HDMI cables without any luck.

Have tried connecting a different TV or using a different HDMI port on the existing TV? eg. HDMI 2 or 3.

Remember change the SOURCE of the TV remote MENU if you decide to use HDMI 2 of TV.

Sorry for the issue you are having with your console. If you can try a soft factory reset. If you are unable to pull up the troubleshoot
menu you will have to try an
offline update. Try these and let us know.

Hi, I'm sorry for your problem that afflicts the console, I would advise you to press the Xbox key of the console for 10 seconds, restart and try. In case then a factory reboot

How do you set it to default if the green screen won't go away?

and also now that i think about it on my inital startup it went from green screen to a crazy looking glitched out screen, like an old nintendo game all kind of colors and small pixels, for about 2 seconds and then black screen then an auto power down. starting
the second time was green screen freeze up.
