    Glitched game pass gift for a friend.


    Hello, I made a bad mistake of buying a gift for my friend (which is on my Xbox) on my computer which has the game pass (for pc) 3 months trial. We're game sharing and the game runs better on my Xbox, but since they have to have my account Logged in in order to play on my Xbox, I thought to buy the game for them, so they don't need me to Login anymore. I already redeemed the code for them, but now they can't Load the game because it prompts up game pass offers on the screen, and says they can't connect online. I think I glitched it with buying the gift for them on my computer, so I bought the same game again on my Xbox that isn't the game pass version. (I think) But now it says they already have it and I can't redeem the code, so they're stuck with the game pass version. I tried to see if I could refund the game pass version (That was my only hope of getting rid of the game pass prompt), but it Looks Like since I redeemed it for them it can't be refunded.

    Regarding with the issue we have, I would like to inform you that the option to gift a 14-day trial of Game Pass is only available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. As you mentioned that you have been an Ultimate member for years, I would suggest checking if your subscription is still active and up-to-date. You can do this by signing-in to your Microsoft account and checking your subscription status.

    If your subscription is active and up-to-date, I would suggest trying the following steps to gift the trial to your friend:



    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account on the Xbox website.

    2. Go to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate page.

    3. Click on the "Gift" button.

    4. Enter your friend's email address and a personalized message (if desired).

    5. Click on the "Buy as gift" button and complete the purchase process.

    Did you get the Game Pass Ultimate or just Game Pass,if you got just the Game Pass it ain't a glitch since you need to buy gold too,but if you got the Game Pass Ultimate it's a glitch.
