Glitch with enforcement?

As you can see here, I this suspension has lifted, or so I thought. I contacted the support and I was told that it does not end till 13 Feb 2018. When this was still active it stated that it was active until 19 Nov 2017. Either this
was put up with the incorrect date that the suspension would be lifted or someone put it in wrong on the back end. I currently can use multiplayer but I can not, however use any form of chat or messaging. Along side that, in my settings it says that it would
insta-sign me in, my controller and everything is linked to my account to make sure it will sign me in when I turn in on my xbox, but it does not. So, there is clearly an issue still going on but I do not know what. If there is still an active suspension it
is not showing on the enforcement page and that is frustrating. And I can no longer file a case review for this anymore. Any help to resolve this or any closure on what is going on would be greatly appreciated.

I don't actually think it's a glitch... Same as an arrow which will stick in you for a fair while.

I think they might perhaps tone down the duration, by all means, but not remove the whole effect.

 

It's a suspension extension. Extensions are not listed on the enforcement site for some reason and are not eligible for a review.

 

how can you tell if there is an extension then? to me that seems a little unfair that you can not see an extension.

 

By calling support which you've done. Support can tell when a suspension ends, but they don't have any further information. So the date they gave you would be correct.
