    I have one friend that I can’t unmute. Tried blocking/unblocking and that doesn’t work and the mute/unmute is not working so I can’t unmute in chat or in game chat. Please help!

    Is it just me with surround sound issues?

    I have a 5.1 surround sound & DTS or uncompressed 5.1 works fine for me but it keeps defaulting to uncompressed 7.1.

    The Xbox One needs a "friends only" communication option like the 360 had, as that mutes every player that's not your friend by default in all games when you turn it on.

    For some odd reason it says I'm 'Browsing games in Rainbow Six Siege' when I'm offline.

    I have not but I'm worried that would glitch it even more and there would be a glitch in a glitch,if I do that will it remove my data on my external hardrive or internal hardrive?
    No. It only removes the account information from the console, so you can download the latest "version".

    If it doesn't work, you can try with a factory reset (you can choose to keep you games&apps):

    How would CoD be different without the 10 year olds?

    Not much change in this one. I will still keep my head set on mute when playing (Turtle beaches) so I kinda of have to unless playing with friends. As for game play it will still be the same old call of duty.
