Glitch causing email "notice of XBox live enforcement action", but I have no such account,...

I've never owned or even used an XBox, and I've never had an XBox live account, but I receive email notices of "xbox live enforcement action." This concerns me. Last time it happened I was able to contact someone at MS, and they verbally confirmed that it was due to a bug of some sort, and that I need not be concerned. But here it is happening again. I am concerned the issue will indeed damage my Microsoft 365 account reputation down the line. Contents of email are concatenated herein below. I need the issue resolved once and for all with a confirmation in writing (email is fine) that I neither have an Xbox Live account, nor any such enforcement actions on record for any Microsoft account.
