1) This is a bit confusing. If you can log-in to the account, then the compliance lock process should not be something you need to do. So, just to be clear if you visit https://account.microsoft.com/ on another device and attempt to log in to your account, are you seeing the actual compliance lock message like in the photo below? Just to be clear it needs to be a device different from the one you are using right now.

2) As long as it's a working and still active there's no need for me to know the email address. Although I should point out that I do not have any special tool on my end to see your account activity. That is not something we here in the community have.

3) I need a photo of the last two response that you received after you went through the compliance lock website. The replies you got will provide more context for this issue.

Hello Glenn,

1) I can login currently. I have the password and security information for my account as i updated everything through the ACSR form. Also i don’t have an “exact” date that i last logged into my account because i only used my account for minecraft and it always remained logged in on my pc. But the day i last had full access to my account was June 19th, 2023.

2) Yes i get those options. There is only an option for an email and it’s my email that i updated with the ACSR form. Just my secure email address and no phone number. I can provide that email address in private if needed as well as any security codes you send to it. I’m sure you’re able to see on your end that i am able to receive codes to the email through my frequent logins as checks to see if my account has been unlocked or if there has been an update.

3) When i visit the compliance lock website on any of my devices, i just get directed to the form to submit a reinstatement request to be reviewed by the team but they keep giving me unhelpful responses that lack communication and resolution.

1) Sorry for the confusion. Yes, i still get the compliance lock message upon every attempt to log in. See Image:





2) My main goal is hoping that you can discuss the situation within the CDOC department or the compliance lock team to get them to lift the lock.

By the way, a photo of one of the emails in your previous reply -- SIR16138976 on the title -- is actually an official email from our compliance team. Note that Elijah offered to call you but emphasized that he will still deliver the same message of this account being unrecoverable.

That was the "kiss of death" I was referring to in my previous reply. No amount of suggestions from me or the community can override that message. I'm sorry, Alex.Mo., but this account is lost for good.
