If the code is for Xbox you only install the content for Xbox. If the code is for PC and you are trying to install it on a PC, log in with the Microsoft Store app account on your Windows, look for the pack in the store, and install.

So I play DBD on Xbox, and it's not the PC version. I click on the icon and it takes me to the Xbox store, the notification is the gift can't through my Xbox messages, and the link takes me here.

I have the same problem,
im on pc and just downloaded the dead by daylight: halloween pack. after reaching 100% there is an error. ive restarted my pc and stopped the download and restarted the download. but its a continuous bug. hope you can help.
