Would be nice to be able to do that

You can buy a game as a gift for a friend, but you cannot transfer a game that was already bought to another account.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, Unfortunately there is no way to actually gift directly from your game library. You can always purchase a game as a Gift and this way it will send the license to the game directly to the other users account.

One thing you are able to do would be to share the game with the other user by using the Home Xbox feature. You can find more information and how to set this up by following the steps on the support article linked below.

How I see it, is that you and your family members will havs access a family game lybrary. only one person can play X at a single time. When you want to play a game it will download to your xbox one.

How I see it working the best is, if you buy a game, it's on your hdd and only your hdd. it will stay there until you put it in the family laybrary. the reason is that you get to play the game you paid for with no interruptions. By that I mean no one will
be playing the game before you and now you can't play it until they are done with it. Or skype call them and tell them to get the **** off.

Now that also works as, if you want to play the game on release then you will have to buy it. If more than 1 person plays a lot of COD or Battlefield then some one else will need to buy the game.

Thing is like my friend who is moving house, they cant get their new place connected for 3 weeks, so for those three weeks for them it would be a brick for example.
