    I got the same exact problem and none of this "fixes" there give helps me.

    Microsoft if you cant get your junk to work properly and do some shady **** with locked folders just leave it be stop doing it and move your PC game Platform to Steam or jsut give us the pass on Steam too its way less pain in the **** then useing your buggy sh*** software.
