Girl Meets World (follow up to Boy Meets World)

Greetings XBL Community,

I have been trying since yesterday morning late to access the new Disney Show Girl Meets World. When I go to XBL Video App, I browse via Networks to The Disney Channel. Once I find the Girl Meets World tab I press "A" to select it and then my screen freezes.
I even tried to access the content via search but the same thing happened. I tried other shows via XBL Video App and was able to access them without any trouble. Can I get some help with this issue.

Sorry to hear about the screen freezing issues you've been experiencing.

I suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps:

• Clear the cache three times and restart your console.
  

• Try uninstalling the
  Xbox Music and Video app and reinstalling it. -- Just to be safe before reinstalling the app, clear the cache three times and restart your console (like the step above).
  

• If the steps above don't work, try this
  Xbox Screen Freeze Solution and the steps provided.
