    I received my code for Tales from the Borderlands, redeemed it to my account, but now it doesn't show up in my account to download to my Xbox One. Thanks!

    Warthog not showing up in Game or Manage Content

    I redeemed the code I got for the warthog, but it is not showing up on my xbox.com account nor is it showing up on thee manage game screen to download. I redeemed the code on my console using the "Redeem code" function.

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I would like to clarify did your son redeem the code under your account and is it not showing up? As long as the code was redeemed on the account that you play through it should grant you the items in game.

    Check your
    order history     through your account to see if it shows up that the code was redeemed on there.

    If it's not showing up double check under what account he was signed in through to see if it was redeemed on a different account.

    It wasn’t on the wrong account I just meant I did it for him. It shows up in his account as redeemed but when he logs in Xbox it’s not showing up

    Make sure you have entered the code using your child's account, otherwise it will not show up in game. It will only show up for the account that was used to redeem the code.

    We understand you are having issues with the Xbox Gift card you redeemed but did not reflect on your Microsoft balance. Normally, it would only take 24hours for the Gift card to reflect on your account however, since it is already more than 24hours what we highly suggest is to reach Xbox Live Support as we at Microsoft Community only have limited tools here.
