Gigantic Game Account Copy from Windows 10/Xbox to Arc Account

I`m trying to account copy my account of Gigantic game (Motiga, Inc.) from Windows 10/Xbox app, that I played during the open beta of the game, to my new Arc account, now that the game launched. But, in the account copy page from the developers of the game
(gogigantic.com/accountcopy or https://www.arcgames.com/pt/account-transfer), I can login in successfully to the Arc account, but when I try to login in to my Microsoft account, it shows always the
same error: "The Microsoft account is experiencing technical issues. Try again later." I already tried the account copy nine days in a roll, but always it appears the same error. I can still play Gigantic in my Microsoft account, but it doesn`t work only the
account copy page. I can sign in account.microsoft.com e mail.live.com, I don`t find any error in my Microsoft account. How can I solve this
problem before the time to account copy ends? This will only last until August 6.

Windows 10 DVR and Arc Launcher

Hello everyone,

I use Windows 10 DVR to record my games and I find it very satisfying but since I play on the Arc Launcher from Perfect World Entertainment, windows 10 DVR don't recognize my game anymore (Gigantic).

It refuse to record anything when I played with the arc launcher (with the other games it works btw)

Do you have a solution because I really want to record my games?

Did you purchase the game on disc or a digital copy from the Microsoft store? If it was a disc, then you will have to pay for the game again, as Xbox Play Anywhere only works with digital games. If it was a digital copy from the Microsoft Store, then logging
in on Windows 10 with the same account that purchased will let you download it to your Windows 10 device.

If you set your console as the Home console for your account, it will share your game licenses with any account that signs into that console. So your son would be able to play your copy of the game from his account on your account's
Home console, while you play the same game from your account on your Windows 10 PC. Hope this helps!

If you logged into your xbox account when you made the purchase for Windows 10 version of the game ot should be able to download on xbox, but only if the game is part of the PlayAnywhere library and is a digital copy.

The code you receive from Mojang will be kept on your account, in case you’re unable to redeem it straight away, or in case you have problems trying to redeem it in Microsoft Store.

If you receive a message stating that your code has already been redeemed:

Check any other accounts you use on your Windows 10 device, and see if they have the option to install Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition.
If that account can install the game, you’ll need to use that account to play your free copy of Minecraft.
