Gifting VCs for NBA2K code redemption "no-show"

Okay thanks I think that's the problem they don't let you know if you can actually gift VC coins ,I see that that was problem.

If you purchased digital item as a gift, you can find the code in your purchase history as noted in the gifting FAQ page -

One thing to note, the page does say "Note Fortnite Vbucks, FIFA Points, and other virtual currencies can’t be sent as gifts." so there may not be a digital code that can be gifted.

So I guess the next question is where exactly did the code or Redemption go there still nothing but the VC logo and nothing else for me to apply to his account now that I know that my son will have to use it under the email associated with it I can't gifted
so how does my son use it now there's nothing to use it's just a logo and said I paid for it with a order number no code no nothing

I've used VC to purchase Arena sounds that have not saved, even though they show as being equipped. Other than that and the NBA2K servers going down, which renders the game useless, I think it's worth it.
