Gifting already owned digital games.

Is it possible to gift a digital game that I already own? I go to the game card and have no gift wrap option

It is. If it doesn't have a purchase as gift option, then it could just be something that's not available to send as a gift.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with the matter through the forums. Now you should have seen the option to Buy as Gift even if you already own the game as you are going to purchase to gift and not to
own another copy on your account.

You can't transfer ownership of digital content. The only way to gift it would be to purchase the game as a gift, so you would have to buy it again.
