so i gifted my friend the Minecraft Java And Bedrock Bundle and he redeemed it and It didn't go into his Microsoft account

we have had a ot of issues so far like being too young so we tried a lot of different things such as trying to leave family. and now its saying that its already redeemed but it still hasn't gone into his account. its 50% off right now so it was a great opportunity to act.

the code is redeemed i sent it to the wrong email by mistake 1 letter off but he still redeemed it because i told him the code through messaging him because at the time he didint have access to the email so he redeemed it. i blurred out the email and the order number just in case. he

Select View gift code.

If the code was redeemed, check the name it was sent to.

If the code is still active, select View gift code and then Copy it.

Generally, you should be able to use Xbox gift card or Microsoft balance to buy games on Xbox Store. Please note that there are some contents that cannot be purchased with Microsoft balance. Take note as well that in redeeming gift cards or token/code, the system may require you to add a valid payment method as a form of verifying your account through the system.

You may check your options through https://www.xbox.com/games/store/minecraft-java..., the game can be bought as a gift where you could ask a friend or a family to send it as a gift to you and you just pay them.
