Gifted code is damage and can’t find a way to fix it

Sorry to hear that the gift card code can’t be used due to this damage,

You can try to guess the full code

“ If the code was damaged, scratched, or warped in some way you may not be seeing the correct characters. Codes shouldn't contain the following characters: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, 5.”

If that doesn’t work, you may need to talk with the store and see if they can give you a new one / exchange the damaged card without the receipt
