It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

Since you have confirmed that you have purchased the Deluxe edition of the game under your order history, it means that upon launching the game (whether it shows as a standard/base game on their library.) the deluxe contents should show up in-game.

Virtually every game only has one version and that is the standard/base game. All Ultimate/Super/etc Editions are just bundle packs of DLC.

Kindly have them install and launch the game Star Wars Jedi. Check if they will receive the deluxe content in-game.

It's best to post in the Rewards forums for assistance, but there has not been a rewards offer to receive 8,000 credits for that game. During the Battlefield offer in September, The deluxe edition was not included. Only the standard edition and early enlister
versions were eligible for credits.

It shows the purchase and says gift sent when I look at purchase history. I also believe content should be shared as I had small in game extra items (exotic ornament exclusive to the deluxe edition that I purchased) on the account that did not receive the gift.

I was supposed to receive 2 skins, one from peashooter and one from the 80s zombie, plus some emotes, and a digital comic...
I installed the standard deluxe edition, with the upgrade dlc...

but when I opened the game and went to the store, I received nothing.

Hi, No this did not work. I think the issue is with the store. If I go to the MS store on pc and check the listing, it shows only holding the main game and not the preorder and delux content. The product linked to preorders seems to have been done incorrectly, so preorders of the deluxe edition only link to the standard game when going to download the delux preorder. If you check reviews in the xbox store you will see that all customers who have preordered the delux version have only received the standard version. I think the preorder and delux content will need to be applied to the accounts of preorder customers or they will need to be refunded for the add on's so they can then purchase them from the store again once they have been refunded for the missing dlc.
