    Giftcard value disappeared.


    2 giftcards with value of NOK 350 was entered into the xbox yesterday, but today the value was gone.

    Glitched Xbox One Achievements.

    Last night it was on 173000, it's now updated with the wrong number. Basically the value of ALL my x1 achievements has disappeared off my total Giftcard value disappeared. :(

    do they put tax on gift cards that you put money on it?

    Yolu will not be charged tax on a giftcard. That would be double dipping because you'd have to pay tax on the giftcard and then again on whatever you buy with the giftcard.

    Sorry to hear it. Is your gamertag set to Norway? Can you check commerce.microsoft.com to see if the currency is there (lower right corner - possibly a drop down menu). While there, you can also check to see if there have been any purchases made on your
    gamertag as well that would have used the currency.

    If everything looks good but the currency is not on any gamertag that you have then please contact phone support for more assistance.
