Gift not deliverd after payment

Try checking your order history to see if you can find the purchase or gift that you have made to your friend.

If your friend has not received it yet, you can also let him check his order history. If that gift has a code on your order history, you can just give that code to your friend so that he can just use it to redeem it on his account and he should be getting it after that.

When you go to the checkout screen there will be a change payment option. Select it then select your Microsoft balance as payment type

Yes, it should have work. You have to use the gift card on that account where you want to buy the content, and after you'll be able to choose a payment method.
