Gift my Microsoft money to my son

If you already redeemed them they would have automatically been deposited into your account. It wouldn't be possible to transfer them to another account. Otherwise, you can try contacting

Microsoft Rewards support to see if they can send them to a different account or send a code.

It is my account that has the credit, and my son's account that I want it to go to. He is already in my family group on Microsoft Families.

And I cannot place money in his account. We have checked the permissions and all is set correctly.

On their site it says an account balance and gift cards are not transferable.

Yes I understand that it will add on to my existing microsoft credit. The question is that the gift cards you redeem through rewards have a 90 day expiry date where you have to spend that money within that time. The money I have in my account is through bought gift cards and as so has no expiry date to use the money by. I just want to know if I redeem gift cards through microsoft rewards, when I buy a game it will use the gift card money with the expiry date first and not the money i already have in my account. If that makes sense. Thanks.

I accidentally redeemed xbox gift card to my microsoft account instead of my son’s. I dont have an xbox account but need to transfer the funds to my son’s account. I read that transfer isn’t possible. Is there any way?

No there isnt any way. Nothing is transferable between accounts. What you can do however is use the balance on your account to gift a game of your sons choosing to their own account by selecting "buy as gift" when purchasing whatever game they want.

My son just redeemed his $15 Microsoft gift card and bought 1200 robux money but it is not showing up in his account. It's sayin he still only has 3 robux. Any ideas what is going on? I got the email that the card was redeemed so it seems to have taken the
money but it's just not showing up in his robux account....
