Gift card replacement

I purchased a $100 gift card to use on my Xbox one, when I removed the sticker to reveal the code, part of the code came off with the sticker and I wasn't able to read all of the code. How do I get a new code, or card replacement.

There is no sticker on cards you scratch it off

Are you sure it's not a scam card ?

,the current scam is someone prints their stolen card barcode and covers another card and return it

Then when someone activates the covered card the scammers card is activated instead of yours

Scratch cards don't have stickers

You have to contact the store or the card issuer

Fyi if the cards have a scratch area that's what you are supposed to do not take off stickers which are scam cards

If you have a receipt for the gift card you could try speaking to where you purchased the gift card from to see if they are able to deactivate this card and supply you a replacement.

Unfortunately, there are no other ways to replace a gift card that has been damaged.

hi , this is a gift card we get as a gift so hard to find out where been purchased . any other way we can replaced .

are you sure you haven't confused the Xbox MasterCard with a gift card? A credit card company would not tell you that they can't replace your credit card
