    I recently redeemed two $25 Xbox gift cards on my laptop on the Microsoft store. The problem right now is that those cards are in my location. However, the Xbox locations list does not have my location, which means that I do not have access to the money. Please help!

    Hello BoringKestrel35, gift cards are locked in the region, no more dollars have to check if they correspond to US for example.

    Unfortunately after the gift card has been redeemed there is no way to change region, the ideal would be to find out which region belongs to this card and buy what you want in the corresponding region.

    When you run through that and still have the issue persist, you should hit the button on the page that says "request a new code" or something along those lines and follow the information on the next page.
