Activated gift cards tied a bank card, when buying a game asks to bind another card, on the account balance $ 60, how can I buy a game for money on my account?

purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

If you want to contact Xbox Support directly, visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and select "Billing," then decline the virtual agent, then select "Other" under Payments
and Purchases. You should then be able to chat with an Xbox agent and/or request a callback from an agent.

I think that you might be getting this message if you happen to live somewhere where a tax is applied to digital goods, which would make the total cost of your purchase greater than $60. You would still be responsible for paying the rest somehow in this
scenario. You might want to research if you have a digital goods tax in your country/state/etc as that might be the reason it's asking you how you'll pay the rest after you try to apply your balance to the purchase.

 

You would either need to add another gift card to cover the cost of taxes or you will need to add a credit card/Paypal to pay for the taxes. That's why it's asking you for a card.
