Gift Card Not Working/Activated

Discus and support Gift Card Not Working/Activated in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I had got gifted 2 gift cards a year or so ago and when I tried to redeem them it did not work, I believe that it has something to do with the cards...     Gift Card Not Working/Activated


    I had got gifted 2 gift cards a year or so ago and when I tried to redeem them it did not work, I believe that it has something to do with the cards not being activated and the checkout, I tried to bring the gift cards back to where they were bought from but the person who gifted me the cards does not have the receipt anymore so, they did not do anything about the card not working, anyway someone could help?
