    I was driving through south Dekoda with my girlfriend's family I gave her dad 225 dollars to buy me Xbox gift cards which he did and I'm trying to use them and they say the cards not active contact merchant but I don't know which Walmart it was because we drove through the state and stopped at many Walmart's so I call Walmart customer service and they said they can't help so am i just screwed i did also talk to someone at Xbox last night her name was Jestine and she said to call Walmart

    First make sure you punched the codes in first, take your time don't rush! If yet still not working yes you haft to contact the merchant to make sure anything wasn't redeemed, make sure you always remind any merchant to activate
    before you get the card.
