    Gift card is declined


    trying to upload a live gift card on my sons Xbox, telling the that a payment on an existing account was declined. Blocking the purchase. He just uploaded another gift card and it went in fine. I have searched all over for a fix and cannot find one, please
    help! I dont know alot about xboxes. Thanks

    Hello ActualyCoder3, what Gamingboy177 suggested is correct you can type the code into the redeem code area, and it will bring up the amount of money displayed after this you can either confirm or decline the gift card so it can then be redeemed later.

    How do I remove a credit card if it is being used?

    Since there is a payment that has declined recently, there needs to be a valid payment card on file to clear the account. You will have to add another card on there which will clear the declined payment and then you’ll be able to remove the old card
