    Gift card don’t work


    everytime i buy a giftcard and try to put it on microsoft it keeps saying “Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card.” i try doing it every time and it still dont work i remove the card and doing it again and it still doesnt
    work i tried it on xbox and on phone still nothing how do i fix this?

    I tried that still doesn’t work. I tried a different card, still doesn’t work. I tried using PayPal but it’s still doesn’t work. But it works when I use a gift card to buy items so I don’t know what’s wrong am I banned or smth like that

    My sons Microsoft account balance is set to USD as default but all his funds are in the alternative currency GBP account how do I set GBP as default ?

    His console and mine are set to UK and the gift card was purchased in UK. My balanace is default UK not that I use it but don’t want to give him uncontrolled access to my credit card.
