Good afternoon! Yesterday I bought a gift card with a digital code to the $ 10, the code is not sent, please help. Payment is made 17.9.2016 via paypal. I bought with
[Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information on our public forums.] account. Please help and send me the code or to return the money back.

Screw the Amazon gift cards get the Xbox gift cards and use them towards any dlc, digital games, or game sales that come along that interest you. The Xbox gift cards are cheaper than the Amazon ones as well.

Hello i have a certain Problem regarding Gift Cards i would like to Gift my brother a 30 euro Gift Card how ever when i try to send him an email with the Gift Card i get this message: sorry your order could not be processed

i dont know what to do.

You would have to go to the etailer you used

Amazon or Ms store and yes they are seperate from xbox store

Xbox store doesn't sell currency cards as you would just buy the game on here

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.

i dont think you can use a gift card to purchase game pass because a card has to be on file
