    Keep trying for a few more days. If that foesnt work I would recommend contacting microsoft support or see if you could take the catd back to where you purchased it, to refund it or swap the card out for a new one.

    Hi ISXCK,

    Recently Microsoft Stores has been having issues with gift card redemptions and have addressed this on Twitter.

    For now, just keep trying your gift card to see when it is fixed. If the error message changes, or the gift card isn't redeemed in the next few days, then I advise you to contact suppott directly.

    All codes must be 25 characters

    If it is a ms store code that is completely different and can only be redeemed on their website not xbox

    Unfortunately there's nothing anyone on the forums can do. Support would be the ones to talk to, but if they can't do anything the only other option is to try checking with the retailer you purchased it from.
