    Purchasing FIFA 16 with a redeemed code using the Xbox store on the web

    I bought a Xbox one console on Thursday and it wont ship until Monday. I want to purchase FIFA 16 from the online store while it is on sale. The reason why this is giving me trouble is because I want to use my 25 dollar gift card to buy the game but when
    I like "buy Game", I don't see a option for me to use my gift card. The only option I see is to use my credit card. Is there a way for me to buy this game before the Countdown sale ends so that I can save on FIFA 16. I am worried that I may lose out on the
    sale before the Xbox comes to my house. Thank you

    If you mean the gift cards from Microsoft rewards, you would need to contact their customer support. They are separate from the Xbox rewards program.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program does not award digital gift cards for offers. You may be thinking of a different program.
