    If you haven't redeemed the gift card, you would have to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see about a refund. Otherwise, once it's redeemed it can't be refunded.

    Not happy right now Microsoft.

    Last year Best Buy had a mistake where they were selling a $250 gift card for $5. I bought $40,000 dollars worth of gift cards. Transcation was completed and everything. They eventually canceled it (and rightfully so ) like I knew they would. Business will
    do what they want. You're welcomed to fight it but you'll lose since its in the tos. Me personally I'd be happy with the ten bucks and that my profile wasn't banned.
