    Creo que la tarjeta no fue activada, y si es así alguien sabe si la puedo devolver, la compre en un Walmart.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to redeem your Xbox gift card due to the code not being found. As Smwutches stated, the prepaid codes are only able to redeemed in the region that they are designated to. We
    do not recommend changing the region of your account since the content that you purchase by using the currency will not be available when you change your region back. We have a support article which provides

    troubleshooting for gift cards and code issues    . If these steps do not resolve the issue; you can try contacting the
    Xbox Support Team so they can investigate the code. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Thanks for your patience on this. After investigating further into this promotion the appropriate teams have determined that you do not qualify for this offer. in order to be eligible you would have needed to purchase Xbox live Gold through the promotion
    screen rather than elsewhere on the store.
