Ghostbusters reward not working

Watched the movie then saw I didn’t have the first punch selected. Did that. Watched it again last night and still nothing. I am not buying it again but watching it seems to do nothing.

Contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at very bottom of the Rewards site. It may not count since you didn't activate the punchcard before your original purchase.

If you want Ghostbusters they have two games for 360 Ghostbusters the game and Sanctum of Slime.

I,m in brasil, and it is region us if i,m not wrong. But i've bought max payne 3 and syndicate last week and didn't change anyhting in the console. Mp3 and synd worked fine, but ghostbusters no. I bought it via pc, on console it gave me error 80150017 if
my memory serves me.

Any hint on how to make it work?

Well usually, if something like this is happening, it's because your the country you're currently located in is not the same as the country/region your Xbox LIVE account is registered in.

So it would help if you answer the questions in the previous post because more than likely what I've listed is happening to you. You won't be able to download content on Xbox LIVE properly if it's not available in your country/region. Purchasing it from an
account in a country you're not physically located in produces these sorts of problems.
