Ghost recon wildlands lfg spammer/harasser

For weeks there has been someone in the ghost recon wildlands lfg demanding that people not post about role-playing. Every few minutes he posts again under 3 different profiles. He has harassed me in private message, he will not stop posting in the lfg, it has become highly disruptive. We have been reporting him constantly with no end in sight so I have to do something more by making this post. Boggles my mind how none of our hundreds of reports have stopped this person. He's messaged me saying he made many accounts and will not stop. Microsoft needs to ban his ip address from making new accounts and ban the ones he's using. This has gone on far too long. Current spam accounts include, "[Mod Removed]" "[Mod Removed]" and "[Mod Removed]". We are begging someone to do something about this

The problem is banning their IP address wouldn't do anything...they may well be using a VPN which puts the IP address nowhere near where the person is....they could even have an internet connection like mine where, if you restart your router, the ISP automatically assigns a new IP address.

Even banning things like MAC addresses won't make much difference given you can also change those.

Ultimately, all Enforcement can really do is ban any gamertags that are reported
