    I recently purchased the deluxe ghost recon wildlands from my xboxone dashboard but when I signed into my xboxlive rewards page the offer to receive the points is still active and I'm not showing 12000 points just the previous balance

    In order to qualify for the Ghost Recons offer, the game has to be purchased as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. Digital purchases are not eligible for that offer. However, depending on which offer it went towards (support will check into it), it
    either went towards your games on demand punchcard (if preordered) and you can receive credits if you complete that offer, or it went towards the 6,000 credit offer (if you're opted in for that offer).

    As Smwutches says, only physical disc purchases from MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for the Ghost Recon offer. Since your purchase was digital, it was not eligible for this offer. However, it should award a Games on Demand punch and complete your Simply
    Rewarding offer. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing. We can see that you have been awarded a Games on Demand punch for this purchase. you should see the Credits from Simply Rewarding in the next 1-3 days. Apologies for the delay.
