Ghost Recon Breakpoint not appearing as a new purchase, what can we do?

A friend of mine bought the game recently and there's no trace of it in his xbox. His only proof of purchase is that the transaction happened on paysafecard and there's nothing in xbox purchase history or billings.

We have tried the usual steps of giving it time, signing out and back in, restarting the console. But it simply isn't there.

It appears as money has been taken but no game in return.

Is there anything we can do or anywhere we can contact? As we have struggled with any phone call.

An attempt at a refund has failed as there's no proof of purchase on the xbox side.

Please have them double check for the purchase at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure the purchase is listed there as completed. If it is not then they should double check any other account that is from their household to see if the purchase may have accidentally been added there.

I understand, I just want to confirm before we proceed with more troubleshooting steps, did you digitally purchase the year 1 pass DLC for Ghost Recon Breakpoint, or have you redeemed codes for the DLC on your account?

Also, just to clarify, may I know which platform device are you trying to play your Ghost Recon Breakpoint game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?
