    GFWL unable to login


    I have Batman: Arkham Asylum - GOTY on disc that I use to play. Recently I decided to play it again but I have a problem. When I start up the game I get prompted the LIVE login and I see my old Gamertag as a login option. I click it and see my current email
    but it has my old password so I type my current password in. It tells me, "Profile could not be signed into live". I'll also mention I changed my gamertag since the last time I played this game. Am I unable to login to GFWL because of the Gamertag change.

    Anyone else have this happen? Anything I can do?

    This issue is usually caused by corrupt data or impending update files in your system. You should delete your profile, clear your system cache and download your profile again. Through these actions you will get rid of the corrupt data while allowing to any
    impending update to apply completely.

    The GFWL support team is looking into the issue right now. Unfortunately, many user are unable to sign in to GFWL or play online.
