Getting Xbox but im on PC

I'm getting a xbox 1 soon and I already have a windows 10 pc with a microsoft account with some games on it will they transfer to the xbox if i use the same microsoft account?

so lets say i bought minecraft bedrock on the microsoft store it will be downloadable on the xbox right?

nope as that is not a play anywhere title, that has to be bought on each platform unfortunately.

play any where titles are listed here (there is not many)

if the games you own were purchased in the windows store and are on the play anywhere list then as long as you sign into the xbox with the same account they will be available to download.

The game im trying to get on pc is rocket league and im mostly certain that it is playable on pc. I already have it downloaded on xbox

im getting this to im from the uk and I have 30 upload all ok on pc switch p4 but xbox im getting 3 meg only started about 2 weeks ago no fix as of now any help anyone
