    Son's xbox1 giving a code and game not compatible with system on a xbox1 game he has had and played all of a sudden.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We se you are getting an error on a game. What is the error you are receiving? We recommend a

    power cycle     while we wait for the error code. Most times a power cycle solves many different issues.

    Hi MigratoryOrb1,

    Sorry you are having this issue. Can you please try a hard reset of the console by holding down the Xbox button on the console it self until it shuts off (approximately 10-15 seconds.)
