    Getting Unfairly Banned.


    I was playing a ranked Brawlhalla match when I encountered this guy ([Mod Removed – Personal Information]) who was ansolutely drstructive at the game. After I got my butt handed to me, he messaged me "Ha". I found this as
    toxic behavior, so I invited him. He messaged me "Its ok u lost stop inviting me", and I didn't know whether to register this as toxic behavior. However, he sent this when I was in another ranked match, and I lost because of it, so, me being a as
    [Mod Removed – Profanity] as I am, I spammed him. I sent him that I did it as payback. He replied "Haaaaaaaaaa" and I said that he 'No Life'd the game and I just started the other day. He went on saying "I am 16 and trash" then
    "Your trash haaaaaaaa". He reported me and I immediately got suspended for a week, when I was more of the victim than he was in this secenario. He realized this and apologized sincerely. I'm now suspended until Dec 31 8:54 EST. I've been looking for help but
    the Support Representatives can't help and I can't find the info. I don't want him to get banned, I was just want mine to be shorten or lifted because it's going through the rest of my winter break.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    It's always best to just ignore this type of behavior, and block the player if need be, and report them if you feel it to be necessary.

    In terms of having you ban lifted or shortened your only option is a
    case review    .

    Spamming is harassment and is dealt with harshly in most cases, but as Smwutches said, your only option is to file an appeal at the Enforcement site.

    Then there is nothing you can do.

    The enforcement team thoroughly investigate a account before banning it so you would not of been banned unfairly.

    You will not get the account unbanned.
