Getting threats and got ban for no reason

Hello its our job to help when we can but NOBODY here controls the enforcement teams actions or responses. They have a whole website for that. Nobody who you can actually talk to or send emails to either. ITs all handles from the one site. As stated block
person NEVER EVER respond to them. Just because they say they will get you banned trust me it doesnt work that way at all. ALL Cases are looked at and gone over individually. YOu will ONLY ever be banned or suspended if indeed you violated the terms in some
kind of way. Nobody has just been suspended or banned just because. Always remember enforcement follows the whole career of your account, so this could have been something from 2005 if you were a live member back then. Best thing to do would be to read the
dos and donts on the enforcement page. It really tells you how to be a good XBoxer so you wont get in trouble!!

Your screenshot shows the Gamertag of the person you are accusing. Regardless of their infractions against you this is considering 'calling out' and is not allowed here on the forums.

The resson why i sent the image to the forums is proof that someone is harrasing me why cant you send it to the xbox live enforcement team i will block him jusy like you said and thank you for helping

We on the team hear cant do very much so I would would keep reporting and block him and dont reply or mix.

That's the best thing to do.
