    I initiated game pass with the knowledge that halo master chief collection was free. I downloaded and it stopped because there was not enough room.

    I'm not sure what the error says now as I'm on a different computer. The initial error was that there wasn't enough space on the drive, so I freed up room and then there was probably 60 gigs free, and only like 20 left to download, and it wouldn't resume, so I deleted the file, to see if getting a fresh start with 180 gigs free, needing 130 free, would make it reload. Then it started trying to make me buy it, even though yesterday I had started downloading it for free. I'm installing it on the C drive. The main drive.

    Do you get an error code of any kind when it gets to the point where the update is refused?

    Do you also have enough space on your hard drive? An update needs some free space to perform.

    I have a gig of free space on my internal storage and did clear the cache. The download is fully finished, the problem is when it tries to update the Kinect sensor's firmware, it fails everytime, thus making the sensor useless. Dashboard and everything other
    than Kinect are updated and working.
