    Getting the collections you bought back


    I've been a victim of this problem for over two weeks!! No one posted the right answer. The solution is SIMPLE. Click on "all downloadable collections". Click on any one that you already owned before you lost everything. It will start downloading without asking
    for purchase info. Enjoy all those games you've earned.

    Have paid for Rivers and Actions Collections, but puzzles will not download. It's been over a month

    Hey Iamready2go! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties getting some collections downloaded. Are you getting an error message or code of any kind when trying to download the collections? Post back and let us know!

    Not geting credit for the following 5,000 Rewards Credits per movie or TV season pass

    I purchased the whole X-men collection and I am not getting credit for it? its one of the missions and I bought the collection during the event and it still shows that I dont have it ?

    Maybe I Should Of Asked This Before I Purchased It But...

    I bought the Undead Nightmare Collection on disc. With that you get all the other DLCs as well.

    Nope, that doesn't work. If you bought the complete collection, you don't get an option for downloading chapter 2 separately.

    Just bought the Devil May Cry collection so I'll get back to you after I spend some time with it personally, but I have heard it's about on par with Resident Evil 4....which was a pretty mediocre HD transfer.

    after you add cards to your pending collection go to the tab on the left that says collections and click on it then click RS to see what cards you have in your pending collection and find them in the corresponding collections....By the way you can only carry
    like 8 cards in your pending collection before you get a warning message telling to to move them either to the collections or back to your lineup....private msg me for a website that has all the collections separated so u can tell if ur cards are collectible
    or not...its a lot easier than going back and forth on the tabs in the game!!!
