Getting tenant for AltspaceVR

Hi guys,

Hope you are well!. I am reaching out to you as we need your active support regarding MS AltspaceVR.

The challenge we are looking to solve as soon as possible, is the user log-in step to AltspaceVR.

Our client does not have a tenant, which is making our lives very difficult to ensure a good employee experience. Accenture does.

To my knowledge getting and setting up an tenant for the client within the given project timeline is very challenging, unless you know something which I don’t

FYI: we are looking to go live with our MVP end of April 2022 for a selected number of our client operating units. And of course we have the ambition to roll out to the entire group, if the MVP is a success.

As a plan B, we do need to find a way to allow our employees to sign-in onto AltspaceVR using the client credentials/Account.

Whom within MS can we get in touch with very short-term in order to see if we can find a solution together with our Architects ?

Thank you for your response.

As I indicated in the image, I had previously created the Tenant ID.

I was even able to log in with my account without any issues.

I don’t know what suddenly happened or why I no longer have the necessary access!

Now:

I log in to Azure → then click on Microsoft Entra ID → then click on Register an application,

and then I get this error!

I have no idea why I should do this and what is happening!
