    I have had an issue with my 360 for about the last week or so. I did my own troubleshooting but still needed assistance, so I attempted to call to get support. When all the automated system does is give you links to access troubleshooting
    then hangs up on you, it's incredibly frustrating, especially since I'd already not only performed all those steps myself but also had been through the help links in an attempt to get help and had a difficult time. The help links are also not user friendly
    and difficult to navigate, as is this site when attempting to give feedback and I'm a person who can typically figure things like this out incredibly quickly. Once you've gone through all that, now you have to sign in with your Microsoft account, NOT your
    Xbox Live account, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me, to get help and God forbid you don't want to put in your birth date because you're penalized for that as well (I put in today's date and then it wanted a credit card number as if a child wouldn't
    be able to get their hands on one and as if a child under the age of 5, or for that matter less than a day old could even navigate all this to get to that point) and there's no way to correct it until your card info has been entered. This is not the way to
    handle this because if you don't have a card, you're now screwed. Although I do understand that the world isn't made up of people with enough intelligence to do their own troubleshooting and this should cut down on some of the more "frivolous" support contacts,
    it's not like someone couldn't simply click through everything to get to the point where they'll be in contact with a live person. Your systems are in no way user friendly and the whole process from beginning until now has been atrociously and ridiculously
    frustrating and difficult. Please find better and more user oriented solutions for us to receive the help we need.

    to your computer etc.. They will most likely get banned soon or removed from the web...

    I have two to things to say.

    First, why do you always put an exclamation point after Live? It doesn't make sense.

    Second, Gamercards do not save to your computer. They give you a link to put in your signature, website, etc.

    I see, thank you for the information, as you can probably guess I'm quite irritated by the perma ban seeing as i've never had more then 24 hour bans before and I have only had two in the past 2 years, and over me telling a guy to show some respect

    The Enforcement site seems particularly problematic at the moment so, hopefully, they will fix it soon.

    I have no problem seeing the ban on the reputation part where it shows the orange hands, however nothing after that will load, that is my only problem
