Getting sign out every time i sign in

This can happen if there's an issue with your browser or something with your account security settings are not updated.

First, let's make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Verify that your security information is correct and up to date, I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

Then, please, try accessing the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site.

When a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display an icon in your web browser's address bar.

If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Give these steps a try.

Go to settings> system> storage> Hard drive> profiles> delete your profile from the console (this requires you to remember the email and password).

Next we will clear the cache to do that is settings> system> storage> click Y on your MU(do it for one device because it will do it for all anyways)> clear cache 3x> turn off console> turn back on> redownload profile.

Hey Busse, I was wondering if it actually worked and did you get all you stuff back like memory on games ,apps , ect. Because I am very nervous to do this this account is my life and I don't want to lose it or any memory. So did it work? P.S. what does MU
mean?

Its best to make your own post about the Issue. When you delete your profile from the console you will be fine as long you know the email and password of course, if you delete the profile and items you will lose your save data for your games. Edit: MU =
