Getting several errors!

My brother bought me Assassin's Creed Origins as a late Christmas present, and today I decided it had gone unplayed long enough. I popped the disc in and it began installing immediately.

At 33%, or so, a notification popped up saying it was ready to be played. A bit early, I thought, but if it wasn't stable enough to play, it wouldn't tell me I could play, so I told it to start up the game. I got a loading screen as it tried to pull up the
game, and then it sent me back to the Xbox One menu.

I shrugged it off, and tried again at 60%. This time, I got a "0x800401fb" error. Guess I'd have to wait for it to finish, after all. I went to play that little free Fallout game to pass the time, and it gave me the same error. Every game demo I'd downloaded,
gave me the same error.

Well, I'd just have to restart the console, then. I waited until the download finished, then told the console to shut down. I turned it back on, and was greeted with a "0x87e1000a" error notification.

Now, I've already looked into both of these errors. 401fb is supposedly fixed by restarting the console. e1000a, on the other hand, is fixed by clearing cache.

The problem is, that trying to do so ALSO causes the 401fb error, as it probably means opening something.

Trying to close the 401fb error message now causes it to loop, and it just keeps popping up.

I shut it down again, waited a few seconds, then turned it back on, and I was greeted with both a 401fb error, AND "Hi Orchid!" at the same time. I still cannot close the error message.

Unable to send console for repair

Same problem here...registered device...wanted to send in my device on several browsers - getting weird errors! Since days!!!

 

Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

Having problems with playing DVD with this app I downloaded.

It keeps saying Region 2 discs not compatible with a Region 1 console.

Console was bought from Amazon UK, tried several other DVD but getting the same error.

Anyone else had problems with this?
