Getting Rewards to recognize my entries into my XBox account for 10 days in a row

I'm have trouble getting Rewards to recognize my entries into my XBox account for 10 days in a row in order to earn 500 rewards points. It's never, even to this day, acknowledged me signing into my XBox account, even though i am in XB0x and have even played
a couple games??

i have not recivied my may quest reward i completed sign in 10 days in a row on your xbox live account and also sign into fornite battle royal 5 days also download 2 games from the free xbox live games from may its almost july and i havent recivied my fornite

Reward credit or $10 still missing

As stated in my email for preordering.

$10 Xbox gift code will be delivered within 10 days after game’s release.

Xbox Rewards members will receive rewards credit in their Xbox Rewards Live account in place of an Xbox gift code within 15 days after game’s release.

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

—My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

I preordered the physical disk from microsoftstore.com I'm not sure if you ordered through the same process, but according to the info at the bottom of my order confirmation, they will ship the gift card or credit your Xbox Rewards account in 10 to 15 days
after game release.
