    Getting rewards for purchase


    I signed up the xbox live rewards a couple months ago. I purchased some games and then realized I had to re-sign up for xbox live rewards again a couple hours after I made the purchase. I don't know if it was cancelled for some reason. I was wondering how
    I can get the rewards added onto my account?

    Did not receive rewards for YOLO Rewards Boost your Cred

    YOLO rewards received reward for Get Stoked with purchase of GTA V. Earned 11 achievements in game but have not received the YOLO Boost your Cred reward (4,000 points) for getting 5 achievements.

    Hello JLaMtheMan,

    We see that your purchase on the 9th was properly recorded. However, you can only earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Hi DDXDB. Xbox Live Rewards does not have a VIP Diamond level for members. We checked your purchases for MyVIP Star level and you currently do not have any qualifying purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards region. We do see purchases made in a different
    region, but that does not get calculated since it is outside of your Rewards region. To get progress, you'll need to either change your Rewards region, or make purchases in your Rewards region.
