Getting Repeatedly Banned for False Reasons

It wouldn't be false ban if you aren't making him

It does not matter who starts a fight if you retaliate and break the rules you will be punished

As smwutches said block and ignore and report that's all you are allowed tk do

If pi are combaned you are retaliating via msging as he wouldn't have anything to report

And no despite the YouTube videos it's not automatic

People do get fault ban. I was faulse ban from a former xbox ambassador. What he did was kept on adding me, unadd me. Did that for a month. I first message him can you stop doing that. I won't add you. He did that a lot more. So I told him off stop harassing me. I got ban. When I was unban I message him "why did you report me? you were the one harassing me" He replied over adding you? You deserve it. I did report that to xbox agents which didn't really cared even though I showed proof. He did lost his title. But I have a lot of bans because of them. 1 former 2 xbox ambassadors have done this. Just to bate me so they can report me.

I know someone was a great xbox ambassador. She's reallly awesome at tekken fighting games. So people were mad (boys) she was kicked out of the tournament. And a lot of them as she told me were faulty reporting her none stop. She locked her xbox ambassador title.

The Kid told me he spam reports by going on his alt accounts, I got banned for 2 week for no reason apparently it was threating and harassment. He's abusing the system and reporting me even if I do nothing. The reason why my friend got banned was because the bad actor joined the party and starting screaming and [mod removed], then a few minutes later my friend is banned for "Harassment"(3 Days Com Ban), and I'm also banned for "Communication"(4 Days Com Banned). Even if I retaliate like you said, he still finds a way to be a douche bag.

Edit: Some Are old bans but these are all the times he banned me for freaking reason.

Back then, you could go straight to xbox support and have them look at the messages. You know when they really cared back then
